How to Clone Vendor or Customer from each other?

 

Turning Vendors into Customers and Customers into Vendors in AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it really easy to switch a vendor into a customer or vice versa thus saving you time and preventing duplicate entries. Let’s say you already have a vendor in your system like Vendor Part Enterprises and you want to create a customer from it. Just right click on the vendor and select Create as Customer or use the three-line icon on the right-hand side to do the same. The system will automatically fill in the details, like name and email which you can edit if needed. Once you save, the vendor is now also a customer done in just a few clicks.

The reverse works just as smoothly. If you need to make a vendor from an existing customer useful when purchasing damaged materials from them for repair, resale, or recycling by simply right-click on the customer and select Create as Vendor. The form opens with all the details pre-filled, and you can make any adjustments before saving.

This feature saves you from filling out forms from scratch, keeps your data consistent and makes managing relationships much simpler. Whether it’s regular transactions, repairs or recycling as it gives you the flexibility to handle any entity as both a customer and a vendor.
