Sales Dashboard in AntMyERP

The sales dashboard in AntMyERP helps you track sales performance quickly and efficiently—both at the organization and individual level. Go to CRM Sales then to Dashboard to view it. At the organization level, you can see total sales, pending and completed orders, leads, proposals, contracts and metrics by brand, sector, and product category.

Management can also spot top-performing teams, key customers and upcoming business opportunities. This helps in strategic decision making, resource allocation and planning marketing or sales campaigns effectively.

For the user-level dashboard, employees need permission first. Go to Settings → Users and Roles, search for the employee, click Edit and enable Manage Sales Dashboard. After logging in, the user sees their own sales data like total sales, orders, leads, proposals, contracts and which brands or sectors they sell most in. They can also compare their performance with top teams, top customers, and upcoming prospects.

This visibility motivates employees to stay on top of targets, track progress daily and prioritize follow ups for maximum impact.

Super admins or managers see the full organization overview while users see only their own data. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor performance, identify trends, spot gaps in sales, make smarter, data driven decisions and make sure consistent business growth.
