Renewing client contracts is a critical process for any business and AntMyERP makes it simple and efficient. The system automatically notifies you when a customer’s contract is about to expire, allowing you to take action in advance to avoid lost business opportunities.

Contracts due for renewal appear 60 days before expiry thus giving you ample time to follow up with the client. For sales contracts you can proactively offer an AMC proposal or discuss continued service ensuring the business opportunity is retained. If a client does not renew in time, the contract moves to Renewal Expired meaning service support cannot be provided until renewal is confirmed.

Even after expiration, follow ups are possible. If the customer confirms later, the contract can still be renewed. If the customer does not require service, the contract can be terminated, which goes to management for approval. Management can attempt to convince the client to renew. Once approved, terminated contracts are logged under the Contract Terminated category.

The system also allows device-wise tracking, showing which device contracts are expiring by serial number, and tracks all contracts efficiently. Additionally, you can configure email notifications to alert you a day, ten days or twenty days before expiry ensuring no contract is missed.
