How to manage Sales Order Management

Seamless Order Execution in AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it simple to execute booked orders or generate sales orders directly from quotations or contracts. When a quotation is converted into a contract, the system asks if you’d like to book the order for execution. Selecting “Yes” automatically brings the order to the form and books it.

You can book an order in two ways i.e. either by converting the contract into a sales order or by creating a direct sales order for a returning customer without needing a new quotation. Just go to Quick Add then to Sales Order, choose the customer name (for example, VKS Group), select the branch and enter the product quantity. You’ll also see the related contract numbers, from which you can pick the one you want to book.

Next, assign the order to the employee responsible for execution. Define key details such as start date, due date, estimated time, priority, and completion percentage. You can also link a parent task, select the customer’s department and attach a to-do list created in the master to ensure proper execution steps are followed.

If the order involves installation, simply check “Log Service Ticket” to automatically create an installation call when materials are delivered. You can also add watchers (like seniors), apply reporting tags and leave custom messages for team visibility. Once everything is filled in, save the form to book your sales order.

To view booked orders, go to CRM Sales then got to Sales Order. The Sales Register displays all active and pending orders, including details like quantity, customer, amount, and contract number. You can track which orders are pending execution and review stock availability under Order Summary. If stock is low, the system shows how many units are available, in transit, or in deficit thus allowing you to directly procure missing items or use Multi Procure to order multiple products at once.

With AntMyERP, every sales order is easy to track, execute and fulfill thus keeping your operations smooth and error-free.
