How to Manage Site Verification? (Service Feasibility)

Using the Feasibility Module in AntMyERP

AntMyERP’s Feasibility Module helps you audit multiple sites and determine which locations are feasible for providing services. For example, if SBI Bank has 5,000 sites, a feasibility audit can be conducted, and a final report can be submitted showing which locations are serviceable.

To begin, go to CRM Sales and click Feasibility, provided the module is enabled in Master Configuration. Click the plus (+) icon to create a new feasibility. Enter the feasibility name (e.g., “Site Audit”) and link it to a lead. Select the feasibility ticket number if a quotation exists and provide the customer’s contact details. The customer’s name is auto filled, and you can select the feasibility owner and team members responsible. Set the status to Open and choose the medium for the audit, such as desktop, laptop, or server. Multiple mediums can be added if needed.

Decide whether to create a single call log for the feasibility or separate logs for each branch. For instance, if the customer has 500 branches, create 500 call logs. Save the feasibility, then add the customer’s branches. The Feasibility Index Listing shows all created feasibility tickets, including lead number, customer name, owner, and status.

Branches can be added or edited by clicking Feasibility Branch and selecting existing branches or creating new ones. Once saved, a feasibility ticket is generated. Assign tickets to the responsible employee for site checks. When the engineer uploads the report, the ticket status updates: Pass if feasible, fail if the engineer could not reach the location.
