How to Set Goal Management
Setting Employee Goals and Targets with AntMyERP
AntMyERP helps you easily set, track, and measure employee goals to ensure better performance and productivity.
To start, go to CRM – Goal Management. You’ll see a list of employees with their assigned goals. For example, “Rajesh Anand – Goal Type: Sales – Leads Target: 30.” This section also displays the goal period, creation date and the user who set it.
To create a new goal first click on the plus icon. The Goal Form will appear. Select the employee’s name, specify the goal type (Sales or Service) and choose the financial year. If applicable, enter the HOD name.
Next, set the parameters and criteria like for instance, Invoice Value, Lead Value, Number of Leads or Meetings. For example:
- Set a lead value target of ₹50,000.
- Define number of leads.
- Add meeting targets for sales follow-ups.
- Specify quotation targets month wise
Once done then save the goal. The system will now track employee performance automatically. In the Goal Report, you can view how much target has been achieved, what’s in the pipeline and the remaining shortfall.
This allows both employees and the managers to monitor progress and take timely action to the meet targets.
