How to manage Qualified, Lost and Disqualified Lead?
Managing Leads Effectively with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to qualify, disqualify, or follow up leads efficiently. To start, go to CRM Sales and click Leads. The leads index view displays all created leads that require follow up.
To mark a lead as lost, select the lead and click Lost. A pop-up will appear asking for the reason, which can be created in the master. You can add a sub-reason, such as “Lost to Competitor,” select the competitor if available in the database, add remarks, and save. The lead will move to the Lost tab, and the ticket closes automatically.
To disqualify a lead first right click on the lead in the index view and select Disqualified. Choose the reason for disqualification, add remarks, and save. The ticket automatically closes and moves to the Disqualified tab allowing you to track all disqualified cases.
For leads requiring follow up, select the date and time to schedule a callback. You can also set a future follow-up, for example, after three months, with reasons and remarks. When the scheduled date arrives, the lead will appear in your follow up list for action.
To qualify a lead first select Qualified. If the customer is not in the database you must add them first. Basic details are automatically filled, including lead type, product requirements, approximate value and reference source. You can set the funnel stage, define commissions, select companies, payment dates, and terms and conditions. Add any remarks and save. The qualified lead moves from the index view to the leads page, ready for proposals.
With AntMyERP, you can track, follow up and manage leads efficiently ensuring no opportunity is missed. It allows you to mark leads as lost, disqualified, qualified or schedule future follow ups thus keeping your sales process organized and simplified.
