How to create Lead?

 

In this video, we will show you how to create a lead in the CRM Sales module using the AntMyERP mobile app.

A lead means a new business opportunity or inquiry that comes from a customer or prospect. You can create it in two simple ways —

  1. Using Quick Add:
    Tap on the Quick Add button and select Inquiry. The inquiry form will open right away.

  2. From the CRM Sales Module:
    Go to CRM Sales  then Lead. You will see a list of all your existing leads. Click on the “+” button on the top right corner to open a new lead form.

Once the form opens, you can choose whether it’s from an existing customer or a new customer.

  • If the customer already exists, type their name and select it from the drop-down list.

  • If it’s a new customer, click on New Prospect, then enter their company name, contact person, phone number, and email ID.

Next, assign the lead to an employee, set the start date, due date, and priority. You can also:

  • Add documents and reference numbers

  • Select the campaign and lead source (like Facebook or Google)

  • Define order probability and department

Once you fill in all details and click Save, your lead or inquiry will be created successfully in the system. You’ll get a unique lead number that helps you track and manage it easily.

You can view all your leads in the index list, check their aging, owner, and activities.
