Downloading Active Devices in Customer Contracts with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to download and analyze the list of active devices under a customer’s contract whether it’s for internal auditing, customer submission, or to assist engineers during site visits.
To begin, go to CRM Sales and open Customer. Search for the customer whose contract data you want to access. Once found, right-click on the customer’s name and select Contract.
You’ll now see the customer’s complete contract history including KPI details, profitability, and the total quantity of products covered under the contract. To view all the active devices, click on All Products.
Here, you’ll find a detailed list showing each product’s SLA, serial number, asset number, alias, model number, basic price, brand, internal reference number, and product rating. You can also view associated branch, department, quotation, and contract type details.
If you want to filter specific contract types such as AMC then simply select AMC from the filter options. This is particularly useful when engineers need AMC related data before a maintenance or audit visit.
Next, go to the right-hand side and click on the Export button. The entire dataset will be downloaded in Excel format allowing you to share it with the customer, audit team or internal staff.
This Excel file can then be sorted, analyzed or verified using serial numbers or product identifiers helping ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting.
