How to create Sales Proposal?

 

Creating a Proposal or Quotation with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it easy to create professional proposals and quotations. To start, go to CRM Sales and open Quotations. AntMyERP offers seven types: Sales, Rental, AMC, MPS (Managed Print Services/FSMA), ASP (Authorized Service Partner), Visit Charge, and Unit. Sales allows single GST, while Unit supports multiple GSTs for different products.

To create a sales quotation then click on Sales. Select your branch and location, then enter the customer’s name and branch. Choose the contact person, quotation date, delivery terms, validity and warranty type such as on-site, off-site or not applicable.

Define who provides the warranty and installation and if preventive maintenance applies, set the frequency like monthly, quarterly, etc. Select the taxation and delivery type (open or fixed).

Set the credit period, billing type (single invoice for all branches, branch-wise billing, or branch-wise delivery) and billing generation (immediate or after delivery). Select any reporting tags for internal tracking. Add products, quantity, warranty and pricing.

Profit can be set as amount or percentage, and descriptions auto-populate from the master or can be edited manually. Add GST, transportation, courier charges, customer notes, terms, and annexures. Upload files if required.

Once saved, the proposal is generated in PDF format, showing company and customer logos, product details, HSN codes, quantities, warranties, pricing, statutory details, bank details, terms, and annexures. Proposals can be emailed directly if the system is configured or downloaded and edited as needed.
