How to create AMC Quotation?
Creating and sharing an AMC Proposal with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to create, manage and share Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) proposals with your customers ensuring that all details are organized and professional.
To begin, go to CRM Sales on the left-hand menu and open Quotation. The quotation index view will show all pending quotations. Click the plus icon on the right-hand side and from the drop-down, select AMC. The AMC proposal form will open.
Fill in the compulsory fields marked in red. Enter the customer’s name, customer branch, contact person, quotation date and quotation validity. Select if standby or preventive maintenance is applicable. Choose the taxation and the delivery type.
Next, set the credit period and billing type. For multiple branches, you can generate a single invoice for all branches or separate invoices for each branch. Select the delivery address whether the invoice should be generated before or after and the billing frequency. Apply any tags from the master for reporting purposes.
Add the products covered under the AMC, marking if they are part of a comprehensive contract or non-comprehensive. Enter the quantity, pricing and applicable preventive maintenance details. Click the plus button to add additional products. Include transportation or courier costs, customer notes, internal notes, terms, etc. Once completed then save the proposal.
The AMC proposal can now be accessed in the quotation index. Click the quotation number to view it in detail, including the customer logo, product description, HSN code, quantity, price, statutory documents, bank details and terms.
If the customer confirms the proposal, click Book to move it from the pending tab to accepted, finalizing the AMC.
