To start managing your MPS business, go to CRM and then go to Sales from there click on  Quotation and then click MPS Quotation. Fill in the customer details, select the device given on rent, and add the commercial details such as committed rental amount, number of free copies, and per-copy or scan charges.

Once the quotation is prepared, it can be converted into a contract and executed as an order. When the device counters are updated, go to Service then Reports and then click Counter Report to view all devices given on MPS. The report displays each device’s usage, including the total copies or scans, and helps track counters month by month.

For example, if a customer has 10,000 free copies and the system records 12,000 copies in a month, the system automatically calculates the extra 2,000 copies and generates the bill, adding the extra charges to the committed rental.

After uploading the counters, the system automatically generates the MPS invoices. You can view, download, or print these invoices as original or duplicate copies. If you need to make changes, go to Sales Invoice then View then Edit to update the counter or billing details.
