FAQs on Goal Management

The user is unable to view Goal management tab in his Login of AntMyERP. How can it be resolved?

Login to AntMyERP with your credentials.

Please note that you have either user or admin access.

Click on ‘Settings,’ then go to the sales module. Tick on ‘Goal Management’ and update.

Can we set Goal for service Team ?

No you cannot set Goal for service module. Goal management is available for Sales Module only.

What is Goal Type in Goal management?

Goal type is a report that presents a graphical comparison of targets and achievements for all goals and employees.

Can we edit an existing goal and add more goal parameters to it?

You can edit an existing goal but cannot add any new parameters to the same goal. Please create a new goal for that employee.

What is new customer Report in the Goal Management?

The New Customer Report provides details such as the number of new customers with the first contract type, the creation month and year, the first billing value of new customers, and a chart depicting new customer data in graphical format.

What is industry vertical all in one the Goal Management?

Industry vertical all in one isa graphical Format report of all Goal of employee against their Goal.
