Customizing Invoice Form Builder with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows users to easily customize their invoice formats using the Invoice Form Builder. You can rename invoice parameters, hide specific fields from print or download and set your own layout preferences all without needing technical help.

To begin, go to Settings on the left hand menu. Once inside, click on Finance. You’ll see multiple tabs such as Preferences, Branches and Banks. Select Invoice Form Builder to view all invoice types available in the ERP system including Sales Invoice, Tax Invoice and Rental Invoice. The system will display each with a Default Setup status.

To make changes, select any invoice type and click Edit. From here, you can rename fields as per your company’s terminology. Like you can change Invoice Number to Bill Number or Invoice Date to Bill Date.

You can also hide any unwanted fields by simply unchecking their display or print/download options. After making change then click Save. To apply your custom format, switch the setup from Default to User Defined.

Once configured, all newly generated invoices under Sales Invoice will automatically reflect your edits therefore showing the updated field names and hidden parameters as per your preferences.
