Creating Birthday Greeting!

 

Sending Birthday Greetings with AntMyERP

AntMyERP lets you send really special, customized birthday greetings to your employees, thus avoiding any time for missing a very special day.

So, to start, click on the Settings icons on the left-hand side. These will change on the main screen to the HR module (the third icon) where you will see within HR Birthday Greeting. This part then shows you all the greetings available and an option to create new ones.

New birthday greetings can be made by clicking the plus icon on the right-hand side. This brings up a Birthday Greeting Form so that you can upload your greeting image or message and give an active start and end date for the greeting.

For example, if you set, July 20 as a start date and the end date as August 31 the system automatically sends birthday wishes to all employees whose birthdays fall in this period. AntMyERP takes the employee data already stored in the system for sending out these different birthday greetings to employees directly in their personal email IDs.

Once saved, the created greeting appears in the index view displaying its start and end dates. You can easily put together lots of these for other months or events for example, to cover November 1st through December 31st by again clicking on the plus icon.

This makes sure that for every employee, even on an important day, there is an easy, automated, personalized, heartfelt birthday greeting through which keeping warm and connected culture in an office is easy for HR teams using AntMyERP.
