Terminating an Employee with AntMyERP

AntMyERP simplifies the process of employee termination, ensuring that all exit details and handovers are properly recorded in the system.

The procedure for terminating an employee includes going to Settings on the left-hand menu. Upon this action, the Organization Setup page will be made available showing all relevant details of your organization. Click Edit then open the Team tab so that you could view all employees.

Locate the employee you wish to terminate, click on Action and select Terminate Employee. A termination form appears.

Here you’ll need to enter the fields necessary like reason for termination, resignation date, last working day and exit interview information including interviewer and remarks. You will need to fill in the full and final amount paid out to the employee. You can also mention if the employee is eligible for rehire in future and add any further remarks if needed.

Next, assign all tasks, tickets, or work from the terminated employee to another team member, Employee, under Transfer Ticket to Employee so that the workflow continues seamlessly without disruption.

Upload supporting documents such as the termination or resignation letter, full and final settlement or any written communication from the employee.

Before finalizing check for any assets assigned to the employee. The system will not allow termination until all company assets are returned. Once verified then click Save.

All changes in the employee status will subsequently reflect in the system as ‘Terminated’.
