Importing Data with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows users to easily import large amounts of data directly into the system using Excel files thus saving time and ensuring consistency.

To begin first go to Settings from the left-hand menu. Once the icons update, click on Import. You’ll see multiple import options, including Leads, People, Products, Customers, Customer Branches, Contact Details, Outstanding Balances, Suppliers and more.

To upload customer data, select Customer from the import list. Here, click on Download Sample File to get the predefined Excel format. This file contains required parameters like Company Name, Nickname, Type of Company (Private Limited, LLP, etc.), Address, Pincode, Email, Mobile Number, Lead Line Number, Category, PAN Number, and GST Number.

Fill in all these details in the sample file, save it and then return to AntMyERP. Click Upload then attach the completed Excel file and the system will automatically import the data. The uploaded entries will appear in the customer database instantly.

The same process can be followed to upload data for vendors, leads, products, and other entities. Each import option provides its own downloadable sample format to ensure data accuracy and structure consistency.

This feature eliminates the need for manual entry allowing businesses to upload bulk data in one go with precision and speed.
