How to manage Task Management?

AntMyERP makes it effortless to create, assign, and track tasks across your organization. Tasks can be assigned to any employee whether related to clients, vendors, logistics or internal operations which helps keeping your workflow transparent and organized.
To create a task go to Quick Add and click on Task. You can choose to create a Client, Vendor, Logistic or Internal task.
If it’s a Client-related task, select the client’s name like their branch, contact person, and employee details will auto-fill. Add a comment describing the issue. For example, if a Tata Motors representative calls the reception saying they didn’t receive an invoice, the receptionist can quickly create a task and assign it to the Accounts team.
For Internal tasks, simply type the employee’s name. The process remains the same for all task types. In the Watch List, add a senior person’s name so they can monitor the task’s progress and pending items.
Enter details such as start time, due date, estimated time, priority, and upload any necessary files. You can also specify the source of the task, select a priority matrix, and choose a reporting tag to generate future reports. If the task is linked to another then connect it using the Parent Task option.
Once saved, a task number is automatically generated. All created and assigned tasks can be tracked easily through the Ticket section. Managers and team leads can view tasks assigned to employees, pending work, completed percentages and even perform team analysis to understand workload distribution.
With AntMyERP’s hierarchy-based system, you can view employee-specific data — including tasks, meetings, inquiries, and services — in one place. You can also check ticket status, aging, and the last activity date to ensure timely follow-ups.
