Create Multiple Branches and Locations with AntMyERP
In this video, you’ll learn how to create multiple branches and locations for your organization. In the previous video, we covered how to capture your company’s basic information. Now let’s move ahead and create more new branches within the same organization.
Start by clicking on the Settings icon on the left hand side and selecting Organization Setup. Then click on Action to edit the setup. Based on your existing details, a main branch will already be created automatically. To add more branches first click the plus icon on the right. A popup will appear where you can enter details such as branch name, email address, address line, landmark, pin code and phone code. Fields marked in red are mandatory ones. You can also add remarks before saving. Once saved then your new branch will appear in the list with its name, address, city, district and tehsil.
To create a location, go to the same section and click on the plus icon again. Enter the location name, email (if any) and address. You can also select which branch the location reports to from the dropdown list of branches you’ve already created. Once saved, your new location will be linked and visible in the system.
