Customize Quotation Forms in AntMyERP
AntMyERP allows you to easily customize quotation forms. You can rename fields, hide unnecessary details, and control what appears on the form, in print, or during downloads. This ensures your quotations are clear and professional.
To start, go to Quotation, click the plus icon, and open a Sales Quotation. You will see the company name, branch, address, and customer details. If you want to rename fields, such as changing “Customer” to “Client” or “Customer Branch” to “Client Branch,” you can do it in the Quotation Form Builder. Access it via the three dots – Sales Settings – Quotation Form Builder.
There are seven types of quotation forms. You can use the Default Setup or select User Defined Setup to customize fields. Some fields are hidden and cannot be removed, while others, like delivery terms or warranty type, can be removed from print, display, or download. Tick marks allow you to control these settings for each field.
After editing, save the form and refresh the Sales Quotation page. All changes, including renamed fields and hidden elements, will appear automatically. Employees will now see the updated titles when creating quotations, while default fields remain available if no changes are needed.
