AntMyERP Settings Overview
These video tutorials guide how to initiate the setup of your organization within the AntMyERP software.
AntMyERP gives you complete control over your organization’s structure and system preferences, all from one place. To begin, go to Settings on the left-hand menu. Here, you can configure your organization setup including team hierarchy, departments and designations. Once defined, this structure becomes visible across the ERP thus helping maintain order and clarity in operations.
In Settings Preferences, you can customize your project details such as the project name (shown on the dashboard upon login), title and even the number of pages visible at once (like 50 pages in Gmail).
Communication tools like Email and SMS setup can be configured here. You can also enable multi-currency, multi-branch, and multiple stock locations for businesses operating across different geographies.
For added safety, AntMyERP offers security settings including IP based or PC based access control and password strength enforcement.
Under the Business section, you can activate modules like MPS (Managed Print Services) or ASP (After Sales Process) as per your business needs. The Modules tab allows you to enable or disable any module for better system customization.
You can modify email templates, create your own, and easily import/export data using sample files provided in the system. Under Master settings, details related to Service, HR, or CRM can be created and linked across departments.
User management is simplified with Roles and Permissions thus ensuring controlled access. In the Portal you can add contact details such as email, phone number and office hours.
Through the Integration tab, connect with platforms like Autodesk, IndiaMART and TradeIndia. You can also track reports, logs, chat history and view internal and external ratings — all from one dashboard.
