A purchase requisition is the first step in a company’s purchasing process. A purchase requisition is a request from an employee or department to buy goods or services. After internal review and approval, it is used to create a purchase order that is sent to a supplier.

 

Can we directly make a purchase order without purchase requisition?

Yes you can directly create a purchase other without creation a Purchase requisition.

 

Unable to view Purchase Requistion Tab

The user is unable to view Purchase Requistion Tab on the login of AntMyERP. How can this be rectified?

Log in to AntMyERP with Super Admin credentials.
Navigate to Settings.
Click on the third icon on the left, then select “Purchase.”
Click on “Purchase.”
Check the box next to “Purchase Requisition” and update.
You can now view the “Purchase Requisition” tab.

 

Unable to view tick mark box against the Purchase requisition

The user is unable to view tick mark box against the Purchase requisition even after authorisation approval to Request for quotation? How can it be resolved?

Please note The tick mark box will appear only after both the approval PO authorization and finance are done for request for quotation.

 

Edit or delete the existing Purchase Requistion

Can we edit or delete the existing Purchase Requistion in AntMyERP?

No you cannot edit or delete the existing purchase requistion. You can cancel the purchase requistion if its not approved.

 

Multiple product requests while creating a purchase requisition

Can we raise multiple product requests while creating a purchase requisition?

No, you cannot edit or delete the existing purchase requistion. You can cancel the purchase requistion if its not approved.

 

Approval from the Finance Team

How to get Approval from the Finance Team?

Log in to the AntMyERP with Super Admin credentials.
The approval authorization for the employee from the finance team is granted in the Settings tab.
Go to Settings
Click on third icon on the left and click on Finance.
Go to Branch Select the branch and click on ‘Edit’ under the Action button.
Enter the name of the employee for the Procurement Finance Approver field” and click on update.
