1.How to Access Google Drive Settings in the ERP?
If User is Order for Backup Solution – Then we enable Backup Solution for the Client’s Portal.
Navigate to the Settings:
Go to the Left Menu.
Click on Settings.
Open the Marketplace:
Here you find Backup Solution Module is enabled.
A tab named Google Drive Backup will be displayed.
Click on it.
View Backup Setup Details:
Here, you will find the details of your backup setup, including:
Client ID
Client Secret
Token
Manage Your Backups:
You can view uploaded files and download backup data directly to your designated Google Drive folder.
2. Can I Get Google Drive Backup Data Every Day?
No, the default setting for the backup interval in the system is set to every 7 days. This means backups are scheduled to occur once a week, so you will be able to take a new backup only after 7 days have passed since the last one.
3. How Can I Check My Storage Usage in AntMyERP?
To check how much storage you’re using in AntMyERP:
Go to Settings:
Click on Settings from the menu.
Access Reports:
Navigate to the Reports section.
Find Storage Management:
Storage Management will be visible only if you have permission. You need to allocate permissions even if you are a SuperAdmin.
Permission Name is Manage Storage Management
Look for Storage Management and select it.
View Used Storage:
Under Storage Space, you’ll see the Used Storage section, which displays how much storage you’ve used so far.”
4. What Are “Backup Uploaded Files” and “Backup Data”?
Backup Uploaded Files include all the documents you’ve uploaded to the system, such as JPG, PNG, or PDF files. These files are stored as part of your backup data.
Backup Data When the system performs a backup, it saves your data in a secure, encrypted format. This ensures that all your important documents and information are safely backed up and protected.

To enable and use the WhatsApp feature in AntMyERP, follow these steps:
Enable WhatsApp Feature:
Go to the Left Menu.
Navigate to Settings.
Find and check the Activate WhatsApp option.
Click Update Settings to enable the WhatsApp feature in your ERP system.
Set Up WhatsApp for Use:
Enabling the feature is just the first step. To use WhatsApp in the portal, you need to set it up further.
Go to the WhatsApp Settings page.
Add Templates:
Create and add the necessary message templates that you will use for various transactions and communications.
Once you have set up the templates, you can proceed to use WhatsApp for your communication needs within AntMyERP.
Following these steps will enable you to integrate and utilize WhatsApp effectively within your ERP system.
2. How do I add WhatsApp settings in AntMyERP?
To add WhatsApp settings in AntMyERP, follow these steps:
Enable WhatsApp Settings:
Go to the Left Menu.
Navigate to Settings.
Check the Activate WhatsApp option and click Update Settings.
Access WhatsApp Settings:
Once enabled, go to the Templates section.
Select WhatsApp Settings/WhatsApp Templates.
Add Integration Details:
In the WhatsApp Settings tab, enter the necessary details provided by your service provider for integration. This includes:
- WhatsApp Account ID
- Channel ID
- Key
Fill in all the required fields and click Update to save the settings.
Notify Development Team:
Inform your development team to add this data to the database to complete the WhatsApp setup process.

3. What are WhatsApp templates in AntMyERP?
WhatsApp templates in AntMyERP are pre-defined message formats similar to email templates. These templates are used to send automated WhatsApp messages based on certain transactions or actions performed within the system. When a specific event occurs, the system automatically sends a WhatsApp message to the notified user’s mobile number as recorded in AntMyERP.
For example, if an order is placed or a ticket is updated, a WhatsApp message can be sent to the concerned user, keeping them informed in real-time.
Using WhatsApp templates helps streamline communication and ensures that users receive important updates promptly.
4. Is the WhatsApp messaging automated or manual like email?
The WhatsApp messages are automated, just like email templates. When a specific transaction occurs in the system, a WhatsApp template is automatically sent to the relevant user.

WhatsApp templates are created by our developers, and they are based on existing email templates. First, we create the email templates, and then we convert them into WhatsApp templates. This process is handled by our IT team.
