FAQ on view quotation in all tabs
A user is unable to see quotations in all tabs. How can it be resolved?
Subject: Improved Quotation and Sales Order Pages with Year-Wise Manual Search
We have implemented significant changes to the Quotation and Sales Order Pages. These changes have been made to address page load issues and to provide you with more refined control over your data.
Key Improvement: Year-Wise Manual Search
Previously, the system displayed overall data for quotations, making it challenging to navigate and filter information effectively. To address this, we have introduced a Year-Wise Manual Search option, allowing you to find relevant data with ease.
How it Works:
Date Range Selection: You can now manually specify the period you are interested in by setting the start date (e.g., 01-04-2023) and end date (e.g., 31-03-2024) under Setting – Setting – Financial Year Set.
Search Criteria: The system will then filter the data to include only the quotations created within the specified date range. If a quotation was created before this period, it will still be accessible in the search results, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

How to Use:
Navigate to the Quotation or Sales Order Pages.
Left Menu – CRM Sales – Ex. Quotation Pending Tab.
Locate the Year-Wise Manual Search option. – Click Header Right side magnifier glass sign.
Enter your desired start and end dates.
Click “Search” to view quotations created within the specified period.
We believe that these enhancements will significantly improve your interaction with our ERP system, providing you with more control and efficiency in managing your quotations.
FAQs on Index page Issues
Quotation not showing in Index page. How can this be resolved?
Log in to Antmyerp with your credentials. Go to Settings, then select ‘Settings’ and change the financial year to January. Update the settings. Now, you can view the quotation on the index page from 2024. For other quotations, click on the search icon at the top, change the date, and search.
Why certain fields of the quotation not visible on the index page of “Pending Quotation” within AntMyERP?
Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to CRM Sales.
Go to Quotations.
Click on the three dots at the top and select “Manage Columns.”
In the “Manage Columns” choose between “Own” or “Company.”
All the fields of the quotation will be displayed. Tick the fields you want to view on the index page.
Save your changes.
The problem should be resolved.
The quotation is not appearing on the Quotation index page. How can the issue be resolved?
Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to CRM Sales Module.
Go to the Customer.
Search for the customer and click on the action icon, then select “Contract.”
On the contract page, search for the quotation number and click on it.
Once on the quotation page, click on the top edit icon.
Add the contact person’s name from the dropdown and save the changes.
Go to CRM Sales Module, select “Quotation,” and then choose “Pending .” The quotation will now be visible.
