The products are added to the product list but are not visible when creating AMC, rental, or MPS quotations in AntMyERP. Can you please address this issue?

The problem found is the products are added in category as “without serial number,” causing them to not appear in AMC, Rental, and MPS quotations. In AntMyERP, AMC, Rental, and MPS quotations do not include products without serial numbers; these quotation only captures products that have been assigned serial numbers.

Why am I unable to remove a product from a contracted quotation in AntMyERP?

Once a quotation is contracted in AntMyERP, it is not possible to remove line items from the product. This is due to the nature of the contract, which locks the contents of the quotation to ensure the integrity of the agreement.

The freight option not showing in the quotation. How can this be resolved?

Adding Freight as a Product:
Start by adding the freight as a product in your system. This means creating a new entry in your product ospecifically for the freight service you provide. Make sure to include all relevant details such as the name of the freight service, description, and any other necessary information.

Including Freight Product in the Quotation:
After you’ve added the freight as a product, proceed to create or edit a quotation. Within the quotation, you’ll need to add the recently created freight product. This is usually done by selecting the product from a list or database of available products. Find the newly added freight product and include it in the quotation, just like you would with any other product.
