1. How do I enable the E-way Bill in the portal?

To enable the E-way Bill in the portal, follow these simple steps:

Go to the Left Menu.

Click on Settings.

Choose Finance and then go to Finance Preferences.

Scroll down to find the E-way Bill section.

 

Here, you need to:

Add the Date Range for which the E-way Bill will be applicable.

Set the E-way Bill Threshold Amount, which is the minimum invoice amount that requires an E-way Bill.

Once you’ve filled in these details, the E-way Bill feature will be enabled for your transactions.

 

2.How do I use the E-way Bill feature in AntMyERP?

Using the E-way Bill feature in AntMyERP is simple! Here’s how you do it:

When you create an invoice (either manually or automatically), it will appear under the Sales Invoice section in the E-way Bill tab.

Click on this tab to view the current invoice generated from the portal.

To add the E-way Bill number, right-click on the listing page. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the E-way Bill number.

Once you add the E-way Bill number, it will be captured in the invoice view, and you’ll be able to print the invoice with the E-way Bill details.

That’s it! Your E-way Bill is now linked to the invoice and ready for use.
